The First Principle
Most people do not choose their lives.
They inherit them.
By the time awareness arrives, patterns are already set—habits of thought, belief, avoidance, and coping that feel like “me,” but were never consciously chosen.
Only a few ever reach that awareness. The rest live within these patterns without question, without stillness, without examination—mistaking inheritance for identity.
The First Principle is simple to state and difficult to live:
Seeing is the beginning. The work follows.
